1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The item is in unused and original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Clearance or sale items (if specified)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, send us:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product issue

  • A brief description of the problem

4. Pickup & Inspection

After your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup, or ask you to ship the item to our address

  • The product will undergo a quick quality check

  • If approved, we will process your refund or replacement

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Once approved, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Replacement Policy

  • If inventory is available, we can send a replacement instead of a refund

  • If unavailable, a full refund will be issued

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping

  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible

8. Wrong Address / Delivery Attempt Failed

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund
