  • Delivery to remote locations may take longer depending on the courier service.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be highlighted on the website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

  • CraftiDealz is not responsible for:

    • Delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses

    • Additional charges for re-delivery

    • Failed delivery attempts by the courier

  • If the order is returned to us due to a wrong address, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners typically make 2–3 attempts to deliver your package.

  • If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

7. Damaged Package Upon Delivery

  • If your package arrives damaged:

    • Take clear photos or videos of the condition

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, CraftiDealz ships only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.
